Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of chemical and gas distribution systems, particularly fluid dynamics.
• Strong emphasis on safety protocols and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage operations effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of chemicals and gases to customers.
• Maintain all chemical and gas distribution systems effectively.
• Lead and manage the operations workforce.
• Ensure comprehensive training of employees, particularly in safety procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Oversee succession planning within the operations team.
• Manage and control operational costs diligently.
• Coordinate closely with account management and customers regarding operations.
• Serve as Hazardous Waste Supervisor, ensuring compliance and safety in waste management.
• Promote a culture of safety leadership throughout operations.
• Collaborate with other TGCM Managers to exchange best practices and improve efficiencies.
• Regularly update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Keep required documentation current for all audits including OSHA, ISO, and others.
