Join PSE as a
Testing & Inspection Manager and help lead our growing Utility Engineering & Design team. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day testing and inspection operations, support utility and industrial clients, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery. We're looking for a strong leader with expertise in electrical utility systems, testing, and maintenance who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional client service. Preferred to have someone hybrid at one of our PSE offices.

- Lead and support the daily operations of Testing & Inspection team.
- Provide Leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project, operation, and client-related matters.
- Analyze test and inspection data and provide evaluations and recommendations on equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Operate electrical testing equipment and support maintenance, wiring, and equipment installation activities.
- Prepare test and inspection reports and communicate findings to clients and leadership.
- Travel up to 75% to client sites as needed.
What You Will Need:Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience in utility systems testing, inspection, operations, or maintenance required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- 10 + years of experience working in utility, industrial, or substation environments strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical utility systems and equipment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical testing and inspection data.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Compensation:- Salary Range: $129,277 - $142,747 annually.
This salary range reflects the anticipated base salary for
ten to fifteen years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be placed at a level that is commensurate with the candidate's relevant years of experience, education, and technical expertise.
