Testing/Deployment Manager
Position Summary
The Testing/Deployment Manager leads the AWAKEN testlab environment and oversees all predeployment validation, integration testing, and readiness certification for new hardware, software, firmware, and configurations prior to enterprise rollout. This key personnel role ensures every network, wireless, and security component is tested, documented, and approved before field deployment.
The Testing/Deployment Manager is responsible for test planning, test execution, defect tracking, MBSEaligned validation, deployment readiness, and coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, and Government stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable implementation across AETCs 25+ sites.
The Testing/Deployment Manager ensures that every change to AWAKENhardware refreshes, software updates, security improvements, and new site deploymentsis validated, secure, and missionready before reaching Airmen. This role protects network stability, enhances user experience, and upholds AETCs cybersecurity and performance requirements.

The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
