    • Independently lead cross-functional engineering teams including electrical, mechanical, software, and systems in executing the full test-system lifecycle (design, development, integration, sell-off).
    • Manage day-to-day technical execution of assigned work packages, ensuring clear tasking, issue escalation, scope adherence, and alignment to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
    • Drive timely visibility of technical, schedule, and integration risks; conduct 30/60/90-day look-ahead reviews and maintain tight execution cadence.
    • Approve technical changes; contribute to FRBs and CCBs; maintain integration readiness artifacts and ensure systems meet entry and exit criteria.

    • Provide accurate execution status, staffing forecasts, supplier updates, risk and issue reporting, and other data essential to CAM cost and schedule analysis.
    • Understand EVMS fundamentals, including how baseline changes, BCRs, QBDs, EAC/LRE updates, and cost and schedule variance drivers impact execution.
    • Ensure EL-led execution aligns with CAM-managed control account budgets, plans, and performance measurements.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Process Discipline
    • Troubleshoot complex system issues using scopes, analyzers, and related diagnostic tools.
    • Follow established Test Solutions processes and contribute to continuous improvement of integration workflows and readiness practices.

  • Experience supporting or leading Test Systems Development efforts (hardware/software development, integration, V&V).
  • Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer
