Job Requirements The Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides technical expertise in the planning, development, execution, and documentation of testing activities in accordance with applicable military standards, customer specifications, and industry best practices. The SME ensures test programs are properly documented, technically sound, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do:- Collaborate with delivery team and leadership on Aerospace and Defense Test Process
- Provide technical guidance during qualification, environmental, functional, reliability, and acceptance testing
- Ensure testing complies with applicable military, customer, and program requirements
- Analyze test data and document results, findings, anomalies, and corrective actions
What You Will Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline
- 10+ Years Aerospace Test Experience
- Experience in Mil Standards: RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704
Pay Range: $80/hour

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in
Rockford, IL.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
