Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of related experience in testing and validation
• Familiarity with various testing techniques
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and reports
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test case management systems
• Experience in developing test automation is a plus
• Familiarity with developing in Python is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams and product leads to ensure compliance with product requirements
• Create detailed product test plans and test cases based on requirements
• Direct and execute test plans alongside engineering technicians
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and product inputs
• Develop software to automate testing tasks
• Establish test network environments for devices being tested
• Document technical issues and corresponding solutions
• Propose fixes and improvements to enhance testing processes
• Report project status, activities, and plans to team lead and management
