Compensation:$70.00/hr
Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain both manual and automated tests that align with organizational and domain-specific standards.
- Contribute to the design, development, and review of testing code to enhance automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Support and improve the release process through diligent testing practices.
- Document testing procedures and contribute to internal guidelines, standards, and policies.
- Gain and maintain a solid understanding of the technical and business aspects within the squad's scope.
- Work within Agile methodologies, participating actively in sprint planning and reviews.
Requirements:- Proven experience with test design techniques ensuring high data quality.
- Hands-on expertise with testing web-based applications and/or ETL technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or Java, with familiarity with pytest preferred.
- Experience using version control systems to manage test code changes.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting.
- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
