CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated
Test Engineer to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this role as a key quality and mission-assurance champion, you will develop and execute dynamic automated and manual test programs, transforming complex system requirements and CONOPS into rigorous evaluation plans and Alpha testing baselines within cutting-edge lab environments. You will dive deep into performance analytics to evaluate variances, author authoritative Test and Evaluation (T&E) governance artifacts, and partner across engineering teams to ensure flawless operational transitions.
The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.Responsibilities:- Analyze system requirements and concepts of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures to address Courses of Action (COAs) based on the evaluation criteria
- Develop and compares Alpha test activities from the DLabs to explain any variation that exceeds +/-5% of the anticipated results and delivers Alpha Test Plans and results in accordance with guidance
- Prepare and execute automated and manual tests and collects results under lab and pre-production settings
- Analyze test results and reports on test progress and status
- Support development of government test and evaluation documentation (e.g., Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, T&E Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, T&E Reports); works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
- Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas
- Provide engineering services in support of operations transition
Qualifications:Required:
- Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly prior to start
- DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
- HS and 12+ years of experience, an AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience
- Hands-on experience designing, integrating, validating, and implementing infrastructure, software, test, and monitoring and management solutions
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies
Desired:
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or higher)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
