Territory Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

Help Auto-Chlor grow across Eastern Washington and Western Idaho. One cold call, one handshake, and one signed agreement at a time.

This is a true outside sales role for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and ownership. You'll spend your days in the field, face-to-face with decision-makers, building a territory that reflects your effort and discipline. If you like momentum, autonomy, and earning what you're worth, this role delivers.

Many of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, hotels, catering, or restaurant management. If you understand hospitality operations and how busy operators think, you already have a strong advantage. We'll teach you the product, the process, and how to win consistently.

What You'll Do: This is a high-activity, field-based sales position covering a large, diverse territory across Eastern Washington. You'll be in the market Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

You will:

  • Make 20-30 in-person cold calls per day
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
  • Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle-from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
  • Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
  • Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in an on call rotation for emergency services every 4-5 weeks taking service calls for the branch
