Position at Great Lakes South Town

Territory Sales Representative

Must be located in the Great Chicagoland area*

Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission ($90,000-$120,000 OTE) + Car Allowance
Territory: Illinois, Western Indiana, and Eastern Wisconsin (up to 30% travel)
Location: Remote, with regular visits to our Glendale Heights, IL office

What You'll Do
  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship-building to closing new business.
  • Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new opportunities throughout your territory.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and ongoing communication.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend service solutions that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Travel throughout your territory to meet customers and support business growth, with limited overnight travel.


What You Bring
  • Proven sales success, preferably in service-based sales. Experience in HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering value.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
