Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve Biogel Gloves sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic territory planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with clinical and economic decision-makers across hospital and health system accounts.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.

  • Financial benefits include a robust 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, life insurance and both flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts.
  • Mölnlycke offers generous paid time off, paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program and lifestyle perks like discounted access to entertainment and travel.

Additional Details

  • Overnight travel required (40-60%); flexibility for occasional short-notice trips.
  • Territory includes Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform the job.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Attributes
  • Acute care call point experience.
  • Driven, competitive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Resilient and comfortable navigating a large, geographically diverse territory.
  • Comfortable with frequent overnight travel and managing a multi-state territory.
