Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Duties

 

Lead dealership strategy for demolition, scrap, recycling, waste, and material handling markets across North and Central Florida.

 

Serve as the dealership expert on equipment applications, attachments, industry trends, and customer solutions for demolition, recycling, waste, and industrial markets.

 

Partner with sales, rental, product support, and manufacturer teams to grow revenue, market share, productivity, safety, and customer return on investment.

 

Create annual business plans for demolition, scrap, recycling, and waste markets.

 

Track market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive threats.

 

Build strategic relationships with contractors, recyclers, waste operators, municipalities, and industrial customers.

 

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Experience

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 7 or more years

Required / Credentials

Seven or more years of experience within demolition, scrap, recycling, waste, or material handling industries.

 

Experience working with landfill compactors, wheel loaders, excavators, material handlers, dozers, and waste transfer equipment.

 

Knowledge of attachments including shears, grapples, magnets, pulverizers, sorting grabs, and processors.

 

Familiarity with municipal and environmental industry requirements.

 

CRM and territory management software experience.

Updating of Knowledge

Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
