Fort Worth, TX TerritorySUMMARY: We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our market share in the Fort Worth, TX territory. The Company's replacement filter products (ASHRAE filters and HEPA/ULPA filters) are typically sold to and used by hospitals, schools/universities, food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, micro-electronics manufacturers and commercial office buildings. The skillset for the ideal candidate is a resilient self-starter with persuasive verbal communication skills willing to travel throughout the Fort Worth, TX territory.
This is a Business to Business sales position targeting executive along with director level decision makers. Camfil USA has a philosophy of selling clean air solutions as a human right.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary for the position.
- Oversee sales in the Fort Worth, TX territory and obtain orders from customers.
- Drive sales and margin growth through identification and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, preparing quotes and presentations, overcoming objections and securing orders.
- Use CRM system for input and tracking of all information relative to prospecting, appointments, opportunities, contacts, quotes, target accounts, and use of sales tools.
- Travel throughout the greater Fort Worth, TX territory.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Business to Business sales experience preferred.
- HVAC background desirable.
- Engineering background a plus.
- The candidate's skillset must include effective organization, time management, listening, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with strong computer skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
