Job Description

Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships within the Central region, which includes Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. This role focuses on account development, territory planning, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sales objectives. While the Territory Sales Manager does not have direct reports, they act as a key influencer and collaborator, working closely with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to achieve business goals.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director (Central) and is based in Austin, TX or Houston, TX.

As a Territory Sales Manager (Central), you will have the opportunity to:

Territory & Revenue
  • Work towards overall revenue performance for the assigned territory and ensure achievement of regional sales goals
  • Help develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives
  • Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with key and strategic accounts while supporting broader account coverage across the region


Customer & Market Engagement
  • Travel throughout the region to call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
  • Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events as needed


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a regional liaison between sales, marketing, operations, other regional sales and leadership teams
  • Provide actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across the territory


Sales Execution & Reporting
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, contractual terms, and company standards.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.


Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments to strengthen market position.


You have:
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management
  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles
  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools


You might have:
  • Golf industry experience (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods strongly preferred)
  • Existing network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partners
  • Experience selling technical, data-driven, or performance-focused products

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
