Blink Charging Territory Sales Manager
(New York to Maine, candidate must live in these states)

Our ideal Territory Sales Manager will have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with an ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force with a high technical company. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. The ability to set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
• 3 years in sales management within a corporate setting
• EV experience a huge plus
• Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Firefox, specific software programs used by Blink Network
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel at least 20-40% of the time

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
