The Territory Manager II - Pain Treatments (Durolane, Gelsyn, SupartzFX, XCELL PRP) primarily consults with healthcare professionals and their patients and provides clinical and technical information to achieve sales objectives. Territory Managers will operate within company policies and procedures and demonstrate a high degree of compliant and ethical behavior.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory business plan that results in the achievement of the assigned sales quota for assigned products.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.
- Identify and navigate large business opportunities within integrated delivery network systems/network of large physician practices.
- Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers, adhering to compliance protocols.
- Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinic settings on the proper use of the prescribed product.
- Assist the organization with projects including, but not limited to, test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
- Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management.
- Stay current with company communications, including but not limited to email, voicemail, conference calls, and meetings.
- Embrace corporate values in process and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: complete and accurate daily office visit entry through CRM, timely submission & management of expenses, and completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines.
- Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures, and internal controls applicable to their role.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)- 4-year college degree;
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota), preferably in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry - strong business-to-business selling experience. Current Bioventus Territory Manager I's with less than 3 years' experience who have completed all training requirements, demonstrated sales performance, and are in good performance standing may be considered.
- Non-sales individuals who will be considered for this position are those who present with relevant clinical experience in the call points of an Active Healing Therapies Territory Manager (for example, Orthopedic, Sports Medicine, Pain Management, and Rheumatology Physician Assistants or Mid-level practitioners) who have 2 plus years of clinical office-based experience and/or operating room experience.
