On a daily basis, you will:

  • Promote products to engineering firms, contractors, end users, and business partners
  • Develop sales with agents and distributors to achieve established target
  • Grow the northeastern U.S. market according to defined objectives
  • Select equipment based on customer needs and prepare quotations
  • Provide after-sales technical support and manage customer calls
  • Organize and deliver training sessions and participate in trade shows
  • Identify and communicate market opportunities, threats, and customer dissatisfaction to management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication
  • Participate in the development and launch of new products


Profile

You're the person we're looking for if you have:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hydronic sales
  • General knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication skills and strong active listening abilities
  • A high level of autonomy and effective time management
  • Availability to travel on a regular basis
  • Engineering-related certification, training, or degree (technician or engineer - an asset)
  • Experience in HVAC/CVC sales (an asset)
  • Ability to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing, in order to meet the requirements of the role and interact with various stakeholders.
