General SummaryAchieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela lasers/RF products and consumables to physicians and/or other laser users as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale.
Essential Job Functions- Increase to, or maintain, a high level of unit sales production every quarter.
- Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice.
- Prospect and identify new account opportunities
- Pipeline Development:
o Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter
o Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology.
- Schedule and execute product demonstrations of specialized products as required and direct demonstration involvement of Clinical Educator
- Present all Candela products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner
- Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users
- Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions
- Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical
- Support sales and marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information
- Work with Regional Sales Director to develop quarterly forecast objectives
- Manage home and mobile office to enhance responsiveness to customers and sales support personnel. Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up-to-date at all times.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements- Education: BA/BS degree of higher preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years Laser, RF and/or surgical sales experience, capital equipment or other product sales to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, other aesthetics physicians highly preferred; willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time.
