Job PurposeGSK is looking to hire a Territory Associate, Vaccines to join our Vaccines business. This role is field-based and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position covers the Ontario Southeastern territory, including
Brantford, St. Catharines, and extending as far as Niagara Falls.As a Territory Associate, you will be responsible for executing strategic business plans that drive customer engagement and maximize the value of GSK's innovative portfolio. You will lead business development initiatives, foster meaningful customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. Your ability to demonstrate business acumen, communicate effectively, and work autonomously will be critical to success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), marketing, and other internal partners, to support GSK's mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare industry
- Experience selling to specialists or running key account activitie
- Proven ability to create and execute territory business plans
- Skills interpreting scientific data and translating it for customers
- Comfort with omnichannel engagement methods and digital customer interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making
- A local presence in Ontario and familiarity with the region's healthcare system
