Territory Account Executive (Hematology Sales)

In this role, you'll contribute to work that:
  • Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed throughout their treatment journey
  • Strengthens trusted partnerships with clinicians, advocacy groups, and key stakeholders
  • Expands access to care by developing and executing territory strategies that connect more patients to life-changing therapies

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead territory strategy and execution to drive sustained referral growth and patient onboarding
  • Build, deepen, and manage high-impact relationships with providers, treatment centers, advocacy organizations, and industry partners
  • Serve as a trusted resource within the bleeding disorder community through education, engagement, and thought partnership
  • Collaborate closely with patients, pharmacy teams, clinicians, and internal partners to ensure seamless and coordinated care delivery
  • Proactively manage a robust pipeline, using data and insights to prioritize opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing best practices and elevating team performance
  • Represent LUX Infusion at key industry events, conferences, and community engagements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, therapies, payer dynamics, and patient support resources
  • Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to your work
  • Identify and implement better, more scalable ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates

Qualifications:

Pay Range/Rate

$80,000-$110,000 USD
