What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily terminal operations, including bulk material handling, inventory control, and truck loading activities.
Supervise, coach, and engage employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
Coordinate incoming material deliveries, monitor silo inventories, and maintain operational records.
Partner with customers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and timely service.
Support equipment reliability through inspections, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and site upkeep.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment
Primarily based at a bulk cement terminal with regular exposure to industrial equipment, truck traffic, and outdoor working conditions.
Requires occasional walking, climbing, and inspection of operational areas.
May require flexibility in work hours to support terminal operations, vessel schedules, and business needs.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
