Job Summary

Titanium Transportation Group is seeking a results-driven Terminal Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bolton terminal. Reporting to Senior Management, the Terminal Manager is responsible for ensuring the terminal operates professionally, efficiently, and profitably while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting drivers and staff. The successful candidate will provide leadership across operations, safety, customer service, driver management, equipment utilization, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Terminal Manager will serve as a key operational leader and management liaison between Senior Leadership and the Domestic and U.S. Operations Managers, ensuring company objectives are effectively communicated, executed, and supported across the operation. The role will work closely with Safety, Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, and Senior Leadership to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the direct management link between Senior Leadership and the Domestic and U.S. Operations Managers, providing guidance, accountability, support, and alignment to terminal and company objectives.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing drivers, dispatchers, customer service teams, and operational staff.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation operations, dispatch, routing, equipment utilization, and fleet management.
  • Solid understanding of transportation safety regulations, Hours of Service requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, review expenses, and report on operational KPIs.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and transportation management systems. (Proficiency in Excel is a must)


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role transportation, logistics, terminal operations, dispatch, or a related leadership role.
  • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work with business operations in a safety-first environment.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (including Excel and skills in database management and record-keeping).
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations well
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
