Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Teradata Architect/Technical Lead to support a large-scale migration from an on-premises Teradata environment to Teradata Cloud. The role will provide technical architecture and delivery support throughout the migration lifecycle, working alongside Solution Architects, Teradata, ETL, and other vendor teams. The position requires knowledge of Informatica ETL workflows and Teradata data warehouses, along with strong documentation skills related to SLC processes, data migration quality checks, and controls. The role will also support the transition from the legacy Kalido ETL platform to Informatica. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical architecture and delivery support for the migration from on-premises Teradata to Teradata Cloud. • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Teradata, ETL teams, and other vendor partners throughout the migration lifecycle. • Support architecture and technical activities related to Teradata data warehouses and cloud migration. • Provide technical guidance on Informatica ETL workflows and the transition from the legacy Kalido ETL platform to Informatica. • Support data migration activities and associated technical considerations for critical enterprise data. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to SLC processes, data migrations, quality checks, and controls. • Support quality checks and validation activities throughout the data migration lifecycle. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address technical dependencies and delivery requirements. • Contribute to the successful retirement of legacy ETL technologies and transition to modern data integration capabilities. Required Qualifications • Experience with Teradata data warehouses and Teradata Cloud. • Experience supporting or participating in migrations from on-premises Teradata to Teradata Cloud. • Knowledge of Informatica ETL workflows. • Experience working with complex enterprise data environments and large-scale data migrations. • Strong understanding of data migration quality checks, controls, and validation processes. • Strong technical documentation skills, particularly related to SLC processes and data migration activities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Solution Architects, vendors, technical teams, and other project stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Teradata Data Mover. • Experience migrating Teradata environments to other cloud platforms such as Azure. • Experience with legacy ETL platforms such as Kalido.
