Job Description

The Temporary Academic Advisor will support the work in the class deans office, help to advise students, review APRs with students, meet with them to prepare for any petitions they submit for academic review.

Position Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

  • 10 years in higher education with advising experience

  • Strong Attention to details

  • Good with working with students in a 1-1 advising capacity

  • Strong technical skill, ability to learn workday, salesforce and the google products.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employers sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary:

The pay range for this role $40 - $43

Flexibility & Schedule:

This is an intermittent, fixed-term, non-benefits-eligible role approved for 35 hours per week with an end date of November 30th, 2026. We value a collaborative hybrid environment. Our standard schedule includes three days on campus to connect with the team, with two days of remote work and standard hours of 8:30 am - 4:30pm with a one hour lunch break.
