Job Summary/Objective:

The Project Manager II oversees medium-scale projects with moderate scope and complexity. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring objectives are met within designated timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to address potential risks. It serves as an intermediate step in project management, requiring a deeper understanding of processes, tools, and principles.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage resources and collaborate with project teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project scope, objectives, and expectations are clearly defined and maintained.
  • Identify and assess risks within projects, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including records, reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Analyze project data to generate metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with subcontractor and vendor requirements, including insurance and other contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and optimize workflows across systems and tools to improve efficiency and streamline project operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support project goals.


Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4+ years of experience


Preferred and Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification

  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, with occasional travel to client offices and project sites as needed.
