Qualifications

• 15 years low voltage installation experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
• BICSI Installer or Technician Certification required; RCDD Certification is a plus.
• Proficient in communication and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly EXCEL and WORD).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug test as required.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work at multiple jobsites effectively.
• Analyze blueprints to plan labor, equipment, and material needs.
• Visit jobsites to interact with team members, customers, and contractors.
• Maintain installation plans and document management accurately.
• Ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct jobsite safety inspections and talks.
• Serve as primary customer contact for inquiries and project meetings.
