Job Description:DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahub in Raynham, Massachusetts, Raritan, New Jersey, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Warsaw, Indiana USA.
This role serves as the technology product owner for enterprise finance data hub supporting FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership and the SAP master data governance platform. The Technology Sr. Manager Finance Datahub partners closely with Finance, master data leaders and IT delivery teams to define product strategy, translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, and ensure reliable, compliant, and value-driven systems.
This position plays a critical role in enabling financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency during a period of business transformation and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and operations for enterprise finance data platforms supporting Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A and the SAP master data platform
- Partner with Finance and SAP master data stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes.
- Lead the planning, design, implementation and transformation of core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and SAP Master Data Governance platforms.
- Lead prioritization decisions to balance regulatory, operational, and strategic initiatives while maximizing business value while meeting critical Day 1 and TSA exit separation objectives.
- Oversee delivery of enhancements and system improvements in collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Ensure applications comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and relevant financial and data governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, automation, and modernization of finance technologies.
- Monitor system performance, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues to ensure stability and reliability.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to product team members and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA or MS) in a relevant discipline.
Experience and Skills
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT, technology product management roles, aligned with a senior manager level.
- Proven experience planning, designing, delivering and supporting finance data and master data governance platforms (e.g., including SAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration (ex. SLT and SDI) and SAP Master Data (MDG)
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management concepts.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Experience planning, designing, and supporting SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere and SAP BDC, integration with downstream data platforms (ex. DataBricks, Snowflake, AWS) and applied AI SAP Data platform solutions
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with ERP and finance platforms (e.g., SAP or similar enterprise solutions).
- Experience working in agile or product-centric delivery models.
- Demonstrated success driving technology transformation or finance modernization initiatives. Experience building and leading teams on and off shore resources.
- Language: English proficiency required.
- Travel: Up to 10-15%, domestic and occasional international.
- Certifications (Preferred): Product Owner, Agile, PMP, or relevant finance/IT certifications.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
