Technology Protection Engineers - Level II

Job Summary

Celestar, a B&A Company is looking for a Technology Protection Engineers - Level II who will perform duties in support of the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Army Security Office (ASO) Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) and will be seated in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities
  • Provide RTP engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments and Critical Function (CF) analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
  • Provide inputs to threat identification, security-related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.
  • Document results of the support and related meetings (other than re-occurring) will be documented in an ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), in the customer tracking database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).
  • Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
  • Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews, on behalf of Army customers.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials etc.).
  • Four (4) years of engineering experience.

Required Skills
  • Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Security Clearance
  • TS/SCI
