The Opportunity

The role supports the delivery of technology initiatives within EY's Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program portfolio. Working alongside senior project managers and regional stakeholders, this role helps coordinate projects to ensure technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements.

The role will primarily support office construction, renovation, and technology deployment projects, including Audio Visual (AV), network infrastructure, printing services, IoT solutions, smart lockers, and workstation technologies.

This position is ideal for an individual looking to develop project management expertise while gaining experience in workplace technology and real estate programs across a global organization. This role will work towards independently leading small Real Estate Office and Office Technology projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
  • Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against agreed timelines.
  • Participate in project quality reviews and readiness assessments.
  • Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.


Ideally, You'll Also Have
  • Exposure to workplace technology solutions such as AV, networking, endpoint devices, or smart office technologies.
  • Experience supporting office build-outs, relocations, or technology deployment projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management practices.
  • Experience working in a global or geographically distributed team environment.

Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges.   • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $89,600 to $167,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $107,600 to $190,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
