Full Job Description
Role:

The Technology Program & Enablement Lead provides cross-functional program coordination, process ownership and operational support across Technology Integrations and Operations (tech.io). The role helps establish and manage the frameworks used to intake, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate and monitor technology work across core.io, digital.io and the emerging data.io capability.

This position combines hands-on execution with responsibility for standardizing, documenting and continuously improving the processes through which technology work is managed. The role directly supports technology request intake, workflow management, employee technology access administration, prioritization, reporting, vendor coordination, testing coordination, change readiness and stakeholder communication while identifying opportunities to make those activities more consistent, scalable and efficient.

The Technology Program & Enablement Lead also works with business units, technology teams and vendor partners to better understand business needs, document requirements, identify process and technology improvement opportunities and help translate needs into clear, actionable technology work. The position works horizontally across tech.io and serves as a key coordination point between business stakeholders, technology teams and other organizational partners.
