Job Title: Technology & Product Portfolio Manager - Position Sensors (Remote) Posting Start Date: 8/27/26 Job Description: Job Overview The Technology & Portfolio Manager - Position Sensors is a global leadership role connecting technical strategy and commercial success across multiple market verticals. The Technology & Portfolio Manager provides end-to-end ownership of technology strategy, platform roadmaps, and portfolio financial performance to achieve strategic and commercial objectives. This is a global role engaging with teams in Europe, Americas, and APAC supporting Position sensor portfolio growth across Industrial, Medical, Transportation and AD&M (Aerospace, Defense & Marine). The ideal candidate will have direct experience with Position, Speed and Rotary sensor technologies, markets, and industry trends blending technical competency and business acumen to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Technology Roadmaps • Define and maintain and champion the long-term technology and platform roadmap for Position, Speed and Rotary sensor products, aligning future capabilities with business strategy, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. • Champion advanced development initiatives and technology investments that enable next-generation products, platform evolution, and differentiated value propositions. • Identify emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitive threats to sustain technology leadership and support future growth. Life Cycle Execution • Drive portfolio growth and lifecycle management through platform development, product standardization, technology refreshes, value engineering, and strategic investment planning. • Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, lifecycle actions, footprint optimization, and cost competitiveness initiatives. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Systems Architecture to execute technology strategies and deliver scalable solutions. • Maintain shared accountability for portfolio profitability and long-term business performance. Commercial Success • Act as the technical leader and subject matter expert for the Position sensor portfolio, supporting customer relationships, industry partnerships, and market engagement • Drive customer solution development, technical positioning, design-in opportunities, and value proposition creation to accelerate adoption, strengthen market position, and support profitable growth • Portfolio growth and profitability ownership, driving year over year revenue growth and margin expansion. What your background should look like • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. MBA or specialized technical master's degree preferred. • 10+ years direct experience with Position, Speed, and Rotary Sensor technology, markets, and industry trends. Preferred experience with automotive High Speed Rotary Sensing. • Understand technical challenges in Position sensor development and can align the technical roadmap to business objectives. • Financial acumen to perform trade off analyses and cost modeling. • Strong communication skills in business English, written and verbal form. • Capability to synthesize and simplify complex situations and drive organizational alignment. • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. • Ability to lead and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment • Ability to travel globally and engage with customers. #TANAJC #LI-remote Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,000 - 220,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
