You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite. Responsibilities - Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases and requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.
- Partner with other teams across Consumer Cellular to identify and influence development of new products and services.
- Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and work with business, operations, tech, and BI teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Author user stories and product requirements, while contributing to the technical design of new product features.
- Work directly with technical teams to build exceptional products.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Utilize Agile methodology & tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Understand dimensions of data quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on incident management.
