Houston, TX. (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Regional Technology Americas & Market Assessment Manager to join our Catalysts team in Houston, TX.

BASF's Catalysts division is the global market leader in catalyst technologies. The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services.

We are seeking a professional like you to provide technical leadership and business support across our catalyst portfolio in the Americas. In this role, you will combine technology management responsibilities across alumina, copper, PGM, and nickel catalyst applications with market assessment and growth planning for selected business areas.

You will play a key role in business development, customer success, and product stewardship while identifying underperforming or under-focused segments, assessing their strategic fit, and driving recommendations and growth actions.
