Infosys is hiring for Senior telecom professional leading solution delivery, business analysis, and business process analysis for telecom delivery and transformation programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills:
Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS, Order Entry, Order Management, Catalog, CPQ, billing, CRM
Ability to gather requirements, assess solution impacts, prepare process flows, define functional requirements, and support delivery across cross-functional teams
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, technical leads, QA teams, operations, vendors, and third-party providers
Support successful product launches, release readiness, testing coordination, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch issue resolution.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
