Responsibilities
Collaborate in the planning and execution of operational audit programs and technology control assessments, including Information Security, Infrastructure, AI, and privacy technology. Leverage data analytics to identify IT risks, map processes, assess controls, ensure compliance, and uncover insights. Communicate issues and recommendations to senior management. Train staff on, and oversee the use of, information security standards, policies and best practices. Assist in analysis and identification of emerging technology risks. Collaborate with risk owners to ensure risk mitigation plans are developed and completed, tracking and reporting on the progress of remediation plans on a regular basis. Prepare reports, track audit issues, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Partner with engineering and product teams to advise on design and implementation of technology solutions. Ensure the overall quality and consistency of audit work, adhering to department and professional standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting IT and business process audits for technology companies in security, operational, financial and compliance risks; Performing IT audits in compliance with NIST or CIS frameworks; Auditing applications using Oracle or SQL databases to assess security and configuration controls; Developing BI or Tableau dashboards to deliver audit findings; Using audit or risk methodologies and techniques to identify and implement new data solutions; and Collaborating with stakeholders, internal or external auditors, or process owners to complete IT audits and testing. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $172827 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
