Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Governance Program Analyst to support technology governance, cross-functional initiatives, issue management, risk remediation, and executive reporting. The role will coordinate with technology and business stakeholders to manage issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong project or program management, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technology and business stakeholders.
• Manage issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive alignment, track progress, and address outstanding actions.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, and remediation plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities and maintain effective communication across project and program teams.
• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, governance metrics, and executive-level communications.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of assigned initiatives and remediation activities.
• Support technology governance, risk, compliance, audit, and control-related activities as required.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure, software engineering, and automation teams.
• Support issue remediation and technology risk management processes.
• Facilitate audits and regulatory examinations when required.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess impacts, and support appropriate resolution.
• Maintain organized documentation, action plans, status updates, and governance materials.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, issue management, business analysis, technology operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders from technology and business organizations.
• Experience managing issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and remediation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting technology governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control functions.
• Experience working with Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure, software engineering, or automation teams.
• Knowledge of technology risk management and issue remediation processes.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• COBIT training or certification.
• Agile certification.
• Experience developing executive reporting, governance metrics, and operational dashboards.
• Experience facilitating audits and regulatory examinations.
