Job Description:

This job is responsible for building and leading an organization to deliver technology products and services that meet strategic business outcomes. Key responsibilities include enabling the portfolio strategy by setting strategic technology outcomes, creating a resource and people development strategy, managing the financial and resource plan, advocating and advancing organizational agility, improving end-to-end processes, and promoting learning and improvement. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, and driving leadership succession planning and development of employees.

This role advocates and advances organizational Agility, improves the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end processes, and creates a climate where both continuous learning and improvement is a way of life. They ensure leadership succession planning and development of all employees within the area, coaching and mentoring up to two levels down

Responsibilities:
  • Set and track strategic technology outcomes aligned to the portfolio strategy, and enable their organization with the resources to achieve them
  • Accountable for Portfolio-level resource and financial management
  • Establish target outcomes through objectives and key results
  • Facilitate performance and career development of managers through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual learning plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills
  • Understand work deliverables for the Technology Management team, and understand their performance by following outcomes through business and client feedback
  • Manage relationships with business and technology executives/sponsors, and vendors for technical products
  • Responsible for procurement, vendor evaluations, and negotiating vendor contracts for technical products and services for the organization. • Establish a strong culture of risk and compliance management, ensuring the organization is compliant with all applicable policies and standards
  • Ensure that execution is aligned with Portfolio strategy by working with Portfolio Product Executives, and other value stream stakeholders
  • Stay close to the teams and their experiences and create an inclusive and healthy working environment
  • Sponsor opportunities to resolve organizational impediments and improve processes and identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency and gain competitive advantage

  • Designs, evaluates, and implements a mixture of hardware and software solutions to help realize the strategic direction toward a converged infrastructure stack at scale.
  • Drive automation-first mindset, leading the development of APIs, CLIs and orchestration layers for full stack provisioning, monitoring, and remediation.
  • Collaborate closely with the platform, develops and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native systems.
  • Drives and defines a broad culture of "what good looks like" in the scope of hardware design, validation, and testing and ensures alignment and socialization broadly to consuming downstream areas and partners.
  • Own the vision and roadmap for infrastructure delivery strategy, including observability, lifecycle management, self-healing, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial tools to accelerate infrastructure automation and operational excellence.


Required Qualifications:
  • Requires 10+ years of applicable experience
  • Define and execute enterprise strategy for Foundational capabilities required for cloud security and platform identity, establishing identity as the primary control plane across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Lead implementation of Zero Trust workload identity models, enforcing continuous verification, least privilege, and deny-by-default access across the lifecycle
  • Drive automation-first security at scale, embedding identity, access, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning workflows
  • Architect and scale secure, federated identity platforms, enabling seamless credential issuance and workload mobility across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Establish robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring full traceability, auditability, and alignment with enterprise security and regulatory standards

Pay range

$175,000.00 - $325,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
