Schneller is seeking a Technology Development Engineer to join our Research & Development team. In this role, you'll help discover, evaluate, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that improve product quality, increase efficiency, and support the future of aviation interiors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Design and conduct experiments to improve products and production capabilities.

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues using scientific and engineering principles.

What We're Looking For
