The Technology Development Engineer is responsible for the development, commercialization, and technical support of polypropylene (PP) compounded resins for automotive applications. This role provides end-to-end ("cradle-to-grave") ownership of PP compound products, from initial design through OEM approval, launch, and ongoing customer support. #LI-LL2 A Day in the Life This person will have full lifecycle responsibility for PP compounded resins used in automotive applications. There will be a strong emphasis on problem solving, technical ownership, communication, and responsiveness. Ability to translate fundamental polymer science and mechanics into practical solutions for material, processing, or application issues.
