ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Oracle Technology Cloud solutions within the Civilian sector, identifying key opportunities and aligning Oracle offerings with agency priorities.
- People Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology cloud sales professionals, establishing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, territory planning, and execution to consistently achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior DHS and Civilian sector decision-makers, contracting officers, and technical stakeholders to understand mission requirements and technology modernization goals.
- Technology Solution Leadership: Partner with solution engineering, architecture, and product teams to position Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Cloud solutions that address security, compliance, performance, and mission-critical requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, contracting, and delivery teams to support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and successful customer outcomes.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on DHS / Civilian priorities, budgets, modernization initiatives, cloud adoption trends, and competitive market dynamics.
Qualifications / Experience- 5+ years of technology sales management experience, preferably focused on cloud infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with U.S. federal government clients, preferably within DHS / Civilian or related sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven ability to build and execute strategic sales plans while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong track record of driving team performance, talent development, and business growth within highly regulated markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Skills & Knowledge- Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQs), and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Technology Cloud offerings preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
- Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $144,000 to $284,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
