RSM is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Director to join our Management Consulting practice as a Change Management Director within our Enterprise Performance capability. The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping organizations navigate large-scale transformation initiatives while ensuring adoption, readiness, and sustainable business outcomes. In addition to leading client engagements, this role is accountable for market development, business development, thought leadership, team growth, and contributing to the overall expansion of the Change Management practice.
This role combines executive advisory capabilities, change leadership expertise, and practice development responsibilities, with a focus on driving growth and expanding RSM's presence in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives, including organizational change, finance transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, business process improvement, and technology implementations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on organizational impacts, adoption risks, and transformation strategies.
- Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to align stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Design and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and business value.
- Apply leading change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, etc.) across client engagements.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement activities.
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple client engagements.
- Contribute to practice growth through business development, account expansion, and relationship management activities.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Support proposals, solution development, client presentations, and sales pursuits.
- Develop thought leadership, market presence, and service offerings that enhance the firm's change management capabilities.
- Serve as an executive relationship lead for key client engagements.
- Build, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing consulting teams.
- Support recruiting, talent development, and capability-building initiatives within the practice.
- Define and monitor adoption, readiness, engagement, and benefits realization metrics.
- Evaluate transformation outcomes and continuously improve methodologies, tools, and delivery approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience leading organizational change, transformation, or consulting initiatives.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Canada and US.

- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
- CCMP Certification
- PMP Certification
- MBA or related advanced degree

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
