- Define software and hardware requirements to support architectural planning and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability.
- Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture.
- Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects.
- Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals.
This role is remote
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:- Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect.
- Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms, AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Intermediate proficiency in Applications Architecture.
- Intermediate proficiency in AWS Lambda.
- Intermediate proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure Design.
- Intermediate proficiency in System Integration.
- Beginner proficiency in User Experience Design.
