Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technology Advisor - to lead and/or support our Enterprise accounts business development and pursuit teams in our Americas Markets businesses in bringing our technologies to help differentiate at the point of sale and to support our transition teams in client implementation of our technology

As a Technology Advisor, you will serve as a technology and data product subject matter expert and present customized solutions to clients, collect client feedback and inform positioning and marketing of products. This opportunity is a player-coach role that will both lead/manage others and directly support business development and pursuits.

This individual must be comfortable presenting to high-level decision makers, demonstrating key functions of our technology applications, and collaborating with our pursuit teams, function partners, sales enablement teams, delivery teams, and product management teams. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a dynamic, high impact sales environment.

What this job involves:

As Technology Advisor - Enterprise Accounts, the role will be evaluated on internal and external client satisfaction, team performance and increasing win rates and market share. Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting pitches and RFP pursuits..
  • Seamlessly present JLL's technologies, communicate latest product roadmaps and demonstrate value propositions during the sales process to win business.
  • Demonstrate and teach best practices for preparing and delivering demonstrations of JLLT's products with a focus on data, storytelling and research.
  • Assist in the development of RFP responses and/or pitch content including technical responses, discovery questions, solution design, example deliverables, system graphics, presentations and/or pricing across JLLT product teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive Proptech landscape through research and industry events.
  • Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise JLLT's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to collect voice of the client feedback on JLL's solutions & document findings
  • Measure and benchmark success metrics. Use data to improve the performance of a team of Technology Sales Advisors. Generate reports and communicate progress towards goals to key stakeholders.
  • Create and execute a professional development plan for a team of Technology Sales Advisors that includes presentation skills, understanding buyer personas, executive communication and building relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to Marketing and Sales Enablement Strategies and sales campaigns with JLL and JLLT's Marketing Teams.
  • Understand commercial real estate fundamentals including supply and demand data, leverage research and use economic, demographic and other inputs to align technology with a buyer's needs.
  • Identify opportunities in Markets Clients to engage JLLT Sales team


Primary Responsibilities:

As Technology Lead - Sales Enablement, you will also be responsible for training and on-boarding new Technology Sales Advisors, creating standards, guidelines, methodologies, documenting processes and governance protocols within the team.

  • Past success in sales or client facing role is REQUIRED.
  • Past success in building high performance technical sales or sales enablement teams is REQUIRED.
  • Simplifies complex information and clearly articulates ideas.
  • Strong industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about commercial real estate technology.
  • Strong business growth mindset that can translate client requests to make impactful recommendations that meet client needs, tell a story that eloquently translates data.
  • You demonstrate the ability to think creatively, sell consultatively, proactively problem solve and efficiently communicate internally and externally.
  • You are passionate about digital strategy and growing within the sales organization.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and are eager to further refine and develop these skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment.
  • You have excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPoint and have experience working within a CRM system.

Estimated compensation for this position:

125,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
