Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Experience in test or experimental operations, preferably from military or technical schools.
• Proficient in troubleshooting avionics and electronic procedures at the component level.
• Skilled in using electronic test equipment and hand tools for assembly and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation including blueprints and schematics.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for effectively documenting and reporting.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a technically diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Update, configure, repair, test, and operate UAS, GCS, and associated ground support electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues, remove and replace components, and document findings in accordance with regulations.
• Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to support assigned projects.
• Assist in designing basic laboratory and experimental equipment.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and manage complex functions.
• Participate in GCS power-up, maintenance, aircraft recovery, and documentation of repairs.
• Perform configuration and troubleshooting of networks and various electronic systems.
