OverviewWhat we're looking forTRD is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician, Engine Build.
What you'll be doing- Build and prepare production race engines for TRD's race teams.
- Assemble components according to engineering specifications, following established processes and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality work, addressing both scheduled and unschooled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Taking ownership of meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.
- Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.
- Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.
- Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.
What you will bring- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum five years' experience in a racing engine environment.
- Hands-on engine, cylinder head and sub-assembly builds
- Deep understanding of internal combustion engines
- Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in precise engine build measurements and tooling, including and not limited to clearance, torque, and stretch.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Sitting: Occasionally/Intermittent
- Lifting: Up to 50 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent
- Carrying: Up to 50 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent
- Pushing/Pulling: ~100 lbs., occasionally/Intermittent

The annual base salary range for this position is $74,200.00 - $120,500.00.
