Overview

Who we're looking for

TRD is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engine Build Technician, Cylinder Heads.

What you'll be doing
  • Build and prepare production race cylinder heads for final engine assembly used by TRD race teams.
  • Assemble components to Engineering specifications, following established processes, procedures and quality standards.
    • Perform detailed measurements, documentation of part / serial numbers and accurate computation for spec and compression ratio confirmation.
  • Deliver high-quality work, addressing both scheduled and unscheduled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operation of Newen and Sunnen style cylinder head machining equipment to precise tolerances.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.
  • Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.
  • Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.

The annual base salary range for this position is $74,200.00 - $120,500.00.
