Position Summary: Drives the development, collaboration, editing, review, approval, and publication of process and policy documentation in support of teams and services. Develops, edits, and maintains technical, executive, governance, analytical, and stakeholder-facing documentation supporting Federal agency coordination activities. Ensures compliance with government style guides and Section 508 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and edit white papers, reports, memoranda, executive correspondence, briefings, and meeting summaries into easy to read comprehensive, compliant, and compelling documents.
- Interact with technical team members for content development.
- Perform technical editing, proofreading, formatting, QA/QC, and version control.
- Produce Section 508-compliant documents and publications.
- Prepare meeting notes and records.
- Maintain templates and document management logs.
- Coordinate reviews and adjudicate comments from stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of technical writing/editing experience.
- US Citizenship required by federal contract.
Preferred Skills/Experience- Experience supporting federal programs preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 508 compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Previous DHS or CISA experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate on a team in a dynamic environment, absorb and apply mission knowledge, and have a mindset of learning and continuous improvement.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$61,232.00 - $104,094.00
