You are working within a motivated and experienced global team and will maintain the unit data structure of generators, gas- and steam turbines, which reflects the current unit condition that we need for technical and commercial clarification as well as for spare part packages and catalogue creation in the day-to-day business. You will apply modifications into specific unit structures while using existing IT software solutions and processes. Furthermore, you drive data quality improvements together with our global team. In this context of data readiness, you will drive shaping the change from reactive to proactive clarification.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • As a Technical Unit Structure Data Maintenance engineer, you will mainly work in our SAP System, to.
    • Maintain/update the Unit structures based on modifications/upgrades as defined in the PCM system as well as Field feedback from site to document the changes made
    • Identify missing parts in our units and coordinate the creation of necessary bills of materials and material masters to complete the unit structures
    • Quality checks based on service needs
  • You have opportunities to continuously drive digital process improvements
  • You are driving and/or support improvements projects
  • You will be the point of contact for all UCS driven improvement tasks, and support with your detailed technical knowledge, especially in the S4E/ PLM360 projects
What You Bring
  • You have graduated from university, preferred Machine engineering, Bachelor of Science or comparable.
  • You have already experience in Unit structures
  • You are interested in Data structures as well as analyzing & solving complex data challenges in an environment of large assets to serve the global Energy Service business.
  • You are a very good communicator along with problem solving and proactive skills.
  • You are a team player, but you also work independently.
  • You have advanced MS Office365 applications skills, experience in data cleansing as well as in SAP and Teamcenter
