In this role, you will lead and support Treasury Management System (TMS) testing and integrations, drive automation initiatives (including the design and creation of AI/Copilot agents across Treasury and Cash Management), and act as a hands-on problem solver partnering with IT and business teams to translate operational needs into scalable, well-controlled technical solutions.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting activities, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and reporting processes, and help design controls around them.
  • Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, treasury reporting, and audit/compliance requests as they relate to systems and data.
  • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions across Treasury and Cash Management, including AI/Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps to streamline manual, repetitive processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across cash forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance workflows.
  • Ensure that automated solutions are well-controlled, auditable, documented, and aligned with security and governance standards.
  • Champion adoption of new tools and agents by training end users and creating supporting documentation and playbooks.
  • Serve as the functional liaison between Treasury, IT, and business teams, translating treasury requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Support workflows, reports, and dashboards within the TMS and related treasury applications.
  • Assist with Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation, upgrades, integrations, and end-to-end system testing (SIT/UAT), including test script creation, defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on treasury processes and systems, providing rapid, structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for operational and system issues.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CTP, CFA, MBA) a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (e.g., IT2, Kyriba, FIS Quantum/Integrity, G Treasury, ION, SAP TRM, or similar), including testing and integration.
  • You have a strong understanding of core treasury and cash management processes (cash positioning, forecasting, payments, bank connectivity, reconciliations).
  • Practical experience with system testing methodologies (SIT/UAT), requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
  • You are familiar with automation and low-code/no-code tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio / AI agent creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort working with data, integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
  • Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and financial data flows.
