Job Description:
WHAT AWAITS YOU.- Supervise, develop, monitor and coach instructional staff to deliver high level BMW Group technical/non-technical training.
- Ensure relevance of all Technical, B&P courses and non-technical courses within the technical training course offerings to Dealers, CCRC network in the area of improving skills and course development.
- Provide coaching and supervision for BMW Group STEP program(s) training instructors and qualified entry level candidates
- Ensure STEP graduates meet BMW placement standards for dealer network
- Monitor compliance of instructor certification levels and verify levels of curriculum taught
- Maintain and update BMW Group diagnosis equipment at regional training centers
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.- Associate's degree in automotive technology or post-secondary certificate
- ASE Master Technician or I-CAR Platinum Level
- BMW AG L1, L2 trainer certification
- Blitz 2 Certification for e-Mobility vehicles
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering in lieu of the above education requirements
- With associate's degree, an additional 9+ years are required in any of the following fields:
- BMW Master Tech, or OEM equivalent
- BMW Senior Instructor
- Automotive Technical Instructor
- ASE Master Technician
- OEM or Aftermarket automotive product/service engineering
- Preferred:
- OEM High voltage certification
- Shop foreman or Team leader
- BMW STEP graduate
- ASE L1

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $57,100.00 - $114,200.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
